Hours before an event and no flowers are coming? Well, here’s what I did:

• Grab cheap bunches of hydrangeas at corner bodega
• Find a Damusk pattern on Google Image Search
• Print Damusk pattern in 8.5x11 sheets
• Wrap square glass vases like Christmas presents in Damusk paper, tape! (granted we have a TON of vases on hand, so that gave me a leg up…but you can wrap nearly anything that will support the flowers in the paper to mask it!)
• Finish off with a bow

Voila!

Phew.
